PurpleOne Conference 2026 Event Strategy Zdarko Photography
Creative Strategy & Tactical Engagement Plan
Project: PurpleOne Conference 2026
Prepared by: Christopher J. Zdarko, Zdarko Photography
I. Visual Storytelling & Attendee Engagement
The "38 Municipalities" Interactive Map: A large-scale visual anchor where attendees place purple markers on their specific region. This serves as a "Hero Image" for future grant applications and annual reports.
Champions United Pledge Board: A physical commitment wall for signatures. I will provide a high-resolution "After" photo for digital distribution and donor "Thank You" postcards.
Selfie & Statement Stations: Purple Curtains or PurpleOne backdrops featuring "One Word" prompts (Hope, Justice, Action). This encourages attendees to generate hundreds of organic social media impressions for the #PurpleOne2026 hashtag.
The Empty Chair Tribute: A somber, front-row tribute representing those lost to domestic violence. A vital emotional touchstone for event documentation.
II. Innovative Content Capture
First-Person POV (Ray-Ban Meta): I will utilize wearable camera technology to capture the "energy" of the room from an attendee's perspective..
"Voice of a Champion" Snippets: Capturing 10-second micro-interviews asking: "Why do you choose to be a PurpleOne?" > * Light Painting Finale: A creative long-exposure session with the leadership team to create a "Signature Image" for the 2027 marketing cycle.
III. Digital Growth & Reach
Organic "Collaborator" Posts: We will utilize the Instagram/Facebook Collaborator tool to "handshake" with sponsors (e.g., Police Chiefs Association), instantly doubling the reach of conference updates.
The "Missing Name" Campaign: A tactical social media push during lunch featuring the signature board: "Your name is missing, join us at the Ambassador."
