The Great Debate: Walls or Waterfalls?

Alright, let’s settle this. Or, knowing me, let’s just make it more confusing with some puns.

When it comes to your session, are you Team Studio or Team Nature? It’s the age-old photography showdown, and honestly, both sides have some serious "exposure." (See what I did there?)

Team Studio: Controlled Chaos

The studio is my happy place. Why? Because the sun doesn’t have a "cloudy" mood, and the wind won't turn your hair into a tumbleweed. It’s sleek, it’s professional, and we have snacks. It’s perfect for that high-end personal branding look or a "Goddess of Fall" session where we don't actually want to get mud on the gown.

  • The Vibe: Polished, timeless, and 100% rain-proof.

Team Nature: The Wild Side

Then there’s the Erie outdoors. We’ve got Presque Isle, local wineries, and sunsets that make my camera weep tears of joy. Nature provides the backdrops that even my best lighting gear can’t replicate. Plus, there’s more room for the kids to run around without hitting a light stand.

  • The Vibe: Authentic, airy, and occasionally features a stray bug.

The Verdict?

Honestly? You can’t lose. Whether we’re dodging raindrops at a park or cranking the tunes in the garage pop-up studio, we’re going to make you look like a rockstar.

What do you think? Are you a "let’s stay inside" person or a "let’s find a forest" person? Drop a comment and let’s argue, politely!

We need to talk about the awkward moment. You know the one: you’re in front of the camera, I ask you to look serious, and you instantly switch to a "deer in headlights" or a forced, slightly manic grin. It happens to everyone!

The truth is, photos that transcend the moment and become iconic aren't about your lighting or your outfit, they're about your eyes and your intention.

We're going to solve the awkward moment right now. Here is your quick, no-pressure guide to the expression prompts I use to get powerful, authentic emotion.
